• Why the Project Brief is so importnat ?

  A brief (project specification document) is crucial for every website project. It helps: -> ensure both parties understand each other -> prevent misunderstandings before or during the project -> make the process faster and reduce back and forth during development.

• What is included in your packages ? What about hosting, domain, logo ?

  Our packages include: - Web design - Development - Stock images, icons, graphics - Basic SEO and speed optimization - Hosting settings - 30 days of additional support and updates. WordPress Dashboard for website management.

• Is it easy to manage the Wordpress website ?

  Yes, it is very easy. We will help you with your first steps. We will teach you the basic things that you have to know and feel confident to work with WordPress.

• Do you offer a support after the end of the project and what is included ?

  Yes, we provide 30 days of additional support on every project. This includes general maintenance, updates, bug fixes, minor changes. Of course, we are open also for long-term maintenance.

• Do you accept custom orders ?

  Yes, we actually prefer custom orders, because every project is unique and it is great if we can discuss the details before the order is made. Just contact us first :)

• What do you need to get started?

  Please give us the following: a project brief that explains the main idea and specific details, images, logo, content, and WordPress login information. If you are missing anything, just reach out to us, and we will assist you.
