In Empire Forge III, you'll receive everything from Empire Forge II, plus some additional assets to help your business empire reach icon status in your market, which includes:
An extensive brand strategy so that you can effectively market and communicate the value you provide to attract your ideal customers.
A full logo suite with a primary logo plus 3 variations so you can showcase your business and build a memorable brand on all platforms.
A branded typography system that allows you to convey your brand personality throughout all your promotional materials.
An expressive brand color palette to help you attract and evoke the right emotions in your customers.
A versatile brand pattern with illustrations that enhances and gives versatility to your branding.
The social media kit plus (includes 1 profile picture, 1 banner, 5 story covers, 9 post templates, and 4 story templates) so you can build a recognizable brand and attract customers on social media.
A personalized business card design so you can showcase and promote your brand offline.
An additional brand asset of your choice so that your internal or external materials or documents can feature your branding as well.
A comprehensive brand guidelines document that shows you how to effectively use your new brand assets to increase your brand awareness and create a memorable client experience.
All your source files plus some extras (ai, svg, png, jpg, pdf) so you or others can easily use, update, and create new brand assets whenever needed.

Process

👋 Pre-Project (2-4 weeks before project start date)
Once you've paid the first milestone, you'll be onboarded into your project hub hosted in Notion. You'll also be assigned pre-work to complete that will help me better understand your vision for your brand. Ideally, you'll have 2 weeks to complete it. Must be completed prior to the project's start so that I can begin the creative direction and design process.
🏰 Phase 1: Empire Blueprint (1 day)
The Empire Forge call marks the official start of your project. During this call, I will present my proposed creative direction for your brand with 2 mood board choices. These mood boards will be inspired by your pre-work answers and, determine the direction for your visual identity. Includes 1 feedback/revision round.
🎨 Phase 2: Empire Aesthetic Design (~4 days)
From your chosen mood board, I will work on creating design concepts to find the one that best fits your business. Through strategy-based design, I will develop one full branding concept that is most aligned with your vision for your brand and present it to you through a brand presentation. Includes 2 feedback/revision rounds.
💎 Phase 3: Empire Asset Creation (~3 days)
Once you’ve approved your branding concept, I will create your brand guidelines and any additional brand assets included in your package. Includes 1 feedback/revision round.
💌 Phase 4: Off-boarding & Delivery (1 day)
At the end of the project, I will package up your files and prep them for delivery. You’ll receive ai, svg, jpg, png, and pdf versions of your files so you can use them for your online and in-person branding needs. Before the files are sent, the final milestone payment will need to be made. Once you’ve received your files, you can then enjoy and begin using your new branding.

FAQs

  • How will we communicate?

    Our main communication methods will be Contra, and Google Meet (voice or video calls based on your preference). This ensures we can communicate easily and in a timely manner.

  • Is font/image licensing included?

    Font and image licensing is not included in this service. At the end of the project, you will receive links to any fonts and images used for your brand so that you can purchase the licensing for it.

  • Do you offer a payment plan?

    All Empire Forge projects will operate on a phase-based (milestone) payment plan. This service is typically split into 4 milestones that are due before the start of each phase.

    A brand guidelines document plus additional brand assets so you can strategically use your new branding throughout all platforms and mediums to build a credible brand and establish your authority in the market.

  • 💬 Revision Rounds

    Feedback and revisions are an important part of the process with each phase getting a set of revision rounds. While it is my job to find and develop the best brand identity for your business, I still want to make sure it is aligned with your vision for your business.
