Process

Building a successful social media presence takes more than whipping up a few posts. It requires thoughtful planning and a strategic approach to get real results — which is why I don’t start posting the minute you hire me.

Instead, I focus on in-depth research and strategy to lay the foundation for long-term success. Here's how I do it:

Discovery: We start with a call to understand your brand, goals, and challenges. We’ll determine if we’re the right fit and discuss options to move forward.

Onboarding: Once you've chosen a package, we’ll dive deeper with a questionnaire to clarify your brand and social media goals. You'll also learn about my processes and what to expect as we work together.

Strategy: I conduct a thorough analysis of your current social media efforts and competitors to develop a custom strategy designed to achieve your goals.

Content: Using the strategy as a guide, I’ll develop your content, handling everything from writing captions to designing visuals. You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback before anything is scheduled.

Interaction: Once approved, content is posted at optimal times. I also manage community interaction, responding to comments and building connections with your audience.

Optimization: I continuously monitor performance, track key metrics, and make adjustments to ensure that your social media presence stays effective and impactful.
