Recruit, interview, and hire dozens of VA's
To effectively expand your workforce and delegate tasks, it would serve you well to engage in the recruitment, interview, and hiring process of numerous virtual assistants. By doing so, you can not only increase the scope of your operations, but also potentially discover talented individuals who can contribute significantly to your business. Therefore, it is imperative that you invest time and effort in selecting the best candidates for the job, as this can set the foundation for a productive and fruitful working relationship. After our consultation, it will become evident on how to allocate resources. An example of this may look like a full time social media manager, a part time SEO specialist, a part time ghost writer, and a part time video editor. However, these things will vary with every business. I will act as your fiduciary throughout the entire process. Hiring talent from the Philippines has become crucial in my real estate business and for my other clients too. I've gained valuable experience in this regard, and understand the value of your time which is why I do all of the heavy lifting as your proxy.
Hands on training
My main focus is to provide comprehensive training to the VA's I employ on your behalf, enabling them to work independently in the future. My duties include supervising their work quality, assigning suitable responsibilities, establishing SOP's, scheduling content tasks, and developing a range of Loom training videos tailored to your business needs.
General advisory and oversight as needed
I will gently pull back on the hours I work, eventually working up to a seamless hand off to your new remote "offices".
