Scope & Settling expectations
First, we will have a short session where we set the scope and potential expectations of the audit. Here we will also shortly discuss what you are doing today and where you want to move in the future to align with your business goals or to find new opportunities.
Complete review of your product
Based on our initial dialogue, I will conduct and compile the audit into a report and have another session where I present my findings and together have a dialogue about it all, but also give some potential directions to what you could or should do to improve your solution.
