Before we start we will have a few meetings to decide on design and general architecture, following this a scope will be spelt out to define project completion and cost will be estimated, after this I will at my own discretion work alone or hire more hands to complete the scope and deliver a fully functional website and services to you, this process will likely see you creating an AWS account to manage your resources which I may do for you for an extra fee.
