Process

(0) Introduction call: We set up a call to introduce ourselves and discuss your needs. I brief you about your business and gather initial information to form an understanding of your needs.
(1) Proposal: I send you a presentation-proposal with the breakdown of the schedule, deadlines, prices, payment plans, and any other details you need to know before working with me.
(2) Prepayment.
(3) Brand Kit Breakdown: I present you a presentation (during a call) with research, industry analysis, competitors, mood boards, and 3 identity metaphors. After the call, we finalize the direction in which you would like to take the identity.
(4) Brand Identity Guidelines & Files: I send you the final guidelines (check deliverables for details).

    Delivered after introduction call. A clear, personalized proposal for your business with a breakdown of deadlines, prices, and payment plans.

  • (2) Brand Identity Kit: Breakdown

    A presentation with research, industry analysis, competitors, moodboards, and 3 identity metaphors. The presentation is presented during a collaborative call, at the end of which we decide on the direction of the final design.

  • (3.1) Brand Identity Guidelines

    Final presentation (.pdf) with the brand identity guidelines. Includes: (1) Information about your brand: Definition, Mission, Values, Personas, Tone of Voice (2) Logotype: Logo, Brandmark, Usage, Safe zones (3) Typography: Fonts, Typographic Hierarchy (4) Color Palette (5) Photography (6) Icons/Patterns/Custom Illustrations (Designed based on brand's needs and industry.) (7) Social Media: Avatars, Highlights, Templates *(8) Website: Desktop, Mobile, Grid Systems (9) Branding Kit Application: Stationary, Banners, etc. (Selected based on brand's needs and industry.) *Designed on request for extra payment. Considered separate project.

    Vector (.ai) files of designed materials. Includes: (1) Logotype variations (2) Color palette, color combinations.
