I produce with attention, clarity, and genuine care for the people involved. For me, good communication is the baseline. Being kind is being clear, and that shapes everything from how I brief a crew to how I work with someone sitting in front of a camera for the first time.

I'm a reader and a documenter by instinct. I show up to a project having done the work: understanding the context, the community, the stakes, and I stay genuinely curious throughout. 

As a producer and a storyteller, my curiosity takes me to where the story actually is, albeit difficult environments, remote locations and sensitive subjects. I'm drawn to work that requires presence and patience more than a controlled studio setup.
