How many hours are included in this service?
This service includes 10 hours. Hours can also be customized based on your needs. The minimum starts at 5 hours per month and can be increased by increments of 5.
Can I roll over unused hours to the following month?
No, hours cannot be rolled over. This keeps timelines consistent and allows for creative flow.
Can I add additional hours if I exceed my allotted amount?
Additional hours can be added if pre-approved by the designer. Additional hours will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
What services are not included?
The following services are not included in this retainer agreement. If the you require any of these services, they will be billed separately, and a new scope of work will need to be created: • Custom application development beyond basic CMS functionality • Emergency support or rush work • Third-party tool subscription fees • External marketing and advertising services • Backend development Any of these services will require a separate set-up and discussion about pricing to accommodate the specific requirements and expectations of both parties.
Does this service cover full website redesigns or new builds?
This service is not meant to cover full website redesigns or new website builds. If you need help redesigning your website or building a new one the Website Design and Development service is designed for this.
Is there a minimum commitment time?
Yes, currently I require at least a 3-month commitment.
What's included
Monthly Webflow Design and Development Support
10 hours of Webflow Design and Development support each month. Hours can be used to design new components, layouts, or full pages in Figma that are then developed in Webflow.
Notion Dashbard to Manage all Tasks
The Notion dashboard will be used to manage all tasks, communication, and record time tracking.
Ongoing Support from a Certified Webflow Professional
You'll have a trusted partner that's able to answer any Webflow specific questions as well as make sure your website follows best practices.
