Leads come in through your website form and through WhatsApp, and some wait for hours because nobody saw them. I connect both to one Google Sheet in your n8n and send you a Telegram message for every lead within seconds.

What you get:

Your website form (plain HTML, WordPress Contact Form 7, Webflow or Tally) and WhatsApp messages (through the WhatsApp Business API on your own Meta account) land in one sheet, one row per person. The same phone or email updates that row, so there are no duplicates.

A Telegram alert for each new lead or repeat contact: name, phone, email, message and the page it came from. If Telegram is down, the same alert comes by email.

New WhatsApp contacts get an instant thank-you in your words.

Bots are filtered out, and if the workflow ever fails you get an email with a link to the failed run.
