Process

Assuming we're going from start to finish, here's the process I would typically follow:

Discuss web application concept and determine what application must do, what functionality it needs, what characteristics it needs, aesthetics etc.

Create an initial concept design and confirm that this meets all of the criteria discussed earlier. I would also mention any potential areas of improvement that I see. There may be several small iterations of different areas, depending on the project's complexity

From there, shoring up any rough edges and getting the web application production deployed
