1- Setting expectation:

Before starting with the project, we need to discuss the project details, deadlines, type of mobile app etc.

2. Back-end Development

Setting up the server, creating API endpoints, and integrating the database.

Design and implement the database structure for your website, along with any data migration scripts needed.

3. Feedback and Revisions

Feedback and revisions are encouraged you may have prior to final development, as this step is dedicated to addressing your input.

4. Finalization

In this concluding phase, we focus solely on delivering the final development, with no further revisions.

5. Tools for dev and communication

Git for hosting the code.

Postman for testing APIs if there is any.

Jira for tickets and tasks
