Who this is for. You have an existing site (landing page or small site, up to 5 pages) that's slow, hard to maintain, or stuck on a bloated platform. You want it fast and clean — without sitting through calls.
What you get (fixed scope): Full rebuild of up to 5 pages in Astro, with content migrated from your current site. Core Web Vitals pass, guaranteed (LCP under 2.5s, CLS under 0.1, INP under 200ms), with a before/after report — if a target isn't met, I keep working until it is. Responsive, accessible, cleanly componentized code you can edit later. Deploy to your host (Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages) plus a handover doc. One round of revisions included.
Not included (so scope stays fixed): new copywriting, brand/design from scratch, CMS integration, or e-commerce. These are available as add-ons, quoted separately.
How it works (no calls): you submit a short intake form with your current URL, goals, and page list. I confirm scope and start date in writing, then build. At delivery you get a Loom walkthrough plus a staging link, one revision round, then deploy and handover.
