Process

1 - Discovery Call We’ll have a wide open discussion about your business, so that I can have a clear understanding of the project’s objectives, scope, and expected outcome. I’ll be making a lot of open questions that will help me comprehend your business’ pain points, current processes, desired results, and how success will be measured. 2- Onboarding Process I will work closely with you and your team to understand and evaluate your current methods and identify points for improvement. Clear and regular communication will be crucial in this phase, as I need to fully understand the ins and outs of current processes. Onboarding will last for one month. 3 - Planning Strategy With my onboarding conclusions, I will present 2 different strategies that will be build having your strenghts and pain points into consideration, and we will work together to build one strategy fully tailored to your needs. This is your business. I’ll recommend changes but the last word will always be yours. 4 - Implementation After having our clear strategy figured out, we will start implementing changes and work on improvement. Implementation may take some time, depending on what needs to be done. I’ll be working closely with you and your team to ensure smooth transitions. 5 - Analysing Results We will monitor closely and regularly discuss results and analyze what we’ve done great, and what we could do better. There is always space for improvement, but your business will be achieving new levels at every step of this process!

What Are the Costs?
I have different packages available. The package’s price range are between $500 to $1300, depending on the work needed, client’s budget, or amount of time. I am flexible regarding prices, so always best to schedule a consultation and we can figure it out. My hourly rate is $15.
What Tools do I Work With?
I do my best to work with the tools the client provides and is used to. I domain Wordpress, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe Studio. I also have experience with several project management tools such as Teamwork, Monday, Trello, Slack, Clickup, amongst others.
What Else Can I Help With?
There are several tasks I can take from your load, such as managing your client communication, creating and scheduling social media content and strategy, content writing, or bookkeeping. I like to cover all bases.
