Summary

Process

Introductory Call
We will initially get on a call to understand the business, the current stage of the company and other information to create a requirement list which I will send to you post the call.
Detailed SOW and Information List
I will send you a custom list and all the information I need once we complete our introductory call specific to your company and project. The SOW will also include a detailed timeline on how we will progress ahead with the project.
Project Initiation and Process
After I receive all the information from you, I will start work and layout the order in which I will submit the documents for your review. For every submission, we will have a review call where you can suggest changes in a specified timeframe.
Final Submission and Discussion
After I submit all the documents, we will have a final call for any questions you might have. Over the course of the project we will have weekly calls to review the progress.
