You send the website, repository or current issue through Contra.

I review the existing product and codebase.

We agree on the monthly priorities and what is out of scope.

I work through the list and send progress updates in writing.

At the end of the cycle, you receive a summary of completed work and recommendations for the next priorities.

This service covers maintenance and focused improvements to an existing product.

A complete redesign, a new application, major backend development, 24/7 incident response and large new features are scoped separately.

Hosting, domains and paid third-party services are billed directly to the client and are not included in my service fee.
