About this service

Summary

I've had the pleasure of designing the branding for several companies, including UserEvidence, FlooringStores, LoopU, LotStocks, Golden, and more. I bring not only an outstanding attention to detail, but breadth of ability when creating your brand.

What's included

  • Logo and Wordmark

The single most salient and oftentimes associated design element of branding - the logo and/or wordmark (some brands have both, some just have one) is the often times the first piece of your brand that potential customers see. I work with you to create a variety of versions of logo concepts and then finalize the logo and/or wordmark based on your vision, and my industry experience.

  • Color Palette

Another cornerstone of a great brand is a color palette that allows your brand to quickly stand out when users are scanning materials that are too busy to otherwise notice a logo and/or wordmark. When the right color palette is created for a brand, it can be effectively "owned" in users minds. Even when just a color or set of colors is used, it can be as memorable as the rest of the brand elements.

  • Custom Iconography

Every great brand deserves icons created especially for it and it alone. If custom icons are not desired, they can be omitted from the project, but I would highly recommend including them.

  • Typography Pairing

When done correctly, pairing two different typefaces has a profound effect on the cohesion that a brand exhibits. Two typefaces can be used in concert at times, while on their own in other instances, typically providing more flexibility than if just using a single typeface for all materials.

  • Brand Guide

In order to ensure that your brand materials are used in the way intended, a brand guide (also referred to as a "brand style guide" or "style guide") is created. Brand guides can include a range of materials, including: logo and wordmark sizing, spacing, logo grid, typography, color palette, icons, print design examples, illustrations, mascots, UI examples, photography guidelines, videography guidelines, writing style, terms glossary, and more. Depending on the scope of your brand, some of these materials will be unnecessary, but all can be included if so desired.

  • Additional Brand Materials, Including: Print Design Examples, Illustrations, Mascots, UI examples, Photography Guidelines, Videography Guidelines, Writing Style, Terms Glossary

Additional brand materials are available, depending on the scope of the project and the type of company/organization for which the materials are being created.
