In order to ensure that your brand materials are used in the way intended, a brand guide (also referred to as a "brand style guide" or "style guide") is created. Brand guides can include a range of materials, including: logo and wordmark sizing, spacing, logo grid, typography, color palette, icons, print design examples, illustrations, mascots, UI examples, photography guidelines, videography guidelines, writing style, terms glossary, and more.
Depending on the scope of your brand, some of these materials will be unnecessary, but all can be included if so desired.
