Summary
I create 3D animations, visual narratives, and product visualizations. I am proficient in Blender, Unreal Engine 5 and TouchDesigner. I am also familiar with 3DS Max and Cinema 4D. You can find my work here: amoralc.com. In every project I collaborate closely with clients to tailor my services and express their unique stories through stunning motion design projects.
Process
Conceptualization and Storyboarding:
Understand the client’s vision and requirements. Collaborate closely with them to define the narrative, mood, and overall concept for the project.
Create storyboards or sketches to visualize key scenes, camera angles, and transitions.
3D Modeling and Asset Creation:
Use Blender to create 3D models of objects, characters, or environments. Pay attention to details, textures, and materials to ensure realism and visual appeal.
Texturing and Materials:
Apply textures, shaders, and materials to the 3D model considering lighting conditions and how materials react to light.
Lighting and Rendering:
In Blender, set up studio lighting or natural lighting to illuminate the scene adjusting the light intensity, color, and shadows to create the desired mood.
First render using Eevee in order to have a quick glimpse of the composition. For high-quality images or animations I use the rendering engine Cycles.
Animation and Camera Work:
Animate 3D models using keyframes or procedural animation techniques.
Use Unreal Engine 5 for more complex animations, interactive experiences, and real-time rendering.
Experiment with camera angles, movement, and focal length to tell the story effectively.
Post-Processing and Compositing:
Enhance the final output by applying post-processing effects (color grading, depth of field, motion blur, etc.).
Composite different passes (such as beauty, depth, and ambient occlusion) to achieve a detailed look.
Collaboration with Clients:
Continuously communicate with clients throughout the process tailoring the project to their guidelines and brand identity.
