WHAT YOU GET A written scope and acceptance checklist, the agreed integration, checks of the normal and failure paths, and a short handoff explaining configuration and remaining limitations.

PACKAGES Starter — $400: connect one existing booking provider to one website page, including responsive placement, confirmation/redirect behavior and an end-to-end check. Delivery: 7 days after complete requirements. Standard — $800: one-way export of confirmed bookings from an existing booking app to one calendar account, including reschedule/cancel updates and basic failure handling. Existing appointment data and provider access are required. Delivery: 14 days. Advanced — $1,200: one contained booking workflow in an existing app, with service/time selection, request submission and server-side validation/conflict checks. One business and an existing scheduling model. Delivery: 21 days. This is an alternative to the Standard package, not a complete new booking platform.

BEFORE WE START Send the current website/app, booking provider, required workflow, timezone, budget and deadline. We agree fit and acceptance criteria before purchase. If outside calendar events must block availability, say so: two-way sync is a separate scope.

NOT INCLUDED A complete custom booking engine, multi-business rollout, native mobile app, payments, SMS, complex calendar reconciliation, hosting/provider subscriptions or ongoing support. Extra features receive a separate quote.

I use AI-assisted development with hands-on testing and iteration. Availability: 15–20 hours/week; communication can be asynchronous. USD work is scoped around $40/hour. Larger integrations start with a separately agreed milestone.
