• What operating systems do you support?

  I only create automation scripts for Windows and macOS. Other operating systems, like Linux, are not supported.

• How do I request a script?

  You need to provide a clear, detailed description of what you want to automate, including all tasks and goals. The more precise your idea, the faster and smoother the project will be.

• Can you automate anything on my computer?

  I can automate most tasks that are reasonable and repeatable, but I cannot create scripts for unclear or impossible requests. The request must be well-defined.

• How long does it take to complete a project?

  Smaller projects can be completed in less than a week. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, with weekly updates provided during development.

• What happens if the script doesn’t work on my machine?

  I will help troubleshoot and rewrite parts of the code as needed to ensure it works properly on your system.

• Can you rewrite a project if I change my mind?

  No — I cannot rewrite an entire project if the original description was unclear or you decide you want something completely different. Production only begins once you approve the plan.

• How do I get ongoing support?

  You can contact me via email for questions or support. I check email Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12 PM – 10 PM Eastern Time. I do not do phone calls — all communication is through messaging or email.

• Are your scripts safe to use?

  Yes — all scripts are custom-built for your workflow and do not contain malware or harmful code.

• Do you offer refunds?

  I don’t typically offer refunds once production has begun, as the work is custom and depends on your clearly defined requirements.
