Your drawing or model gets checked, or your part gets unfolded, so the shop floor or the buyer works from clean data. Pick one of the four per order.
Deliverables (one of these)
Sheet-metal flat pattern: bent STEP model, flat pattern as DXF with a bend-line layer, workshop drawing as PDF or DXF, for 90-degree bends
Drawing against bill of materials: balloons, parts list and quantities read from DXF sheets and compared with your ERP list; differences as a table and marked in a drawing copy
IFC model check: your requirements as an IDS file, defects per rule with GlobalId, report plus an issue list
PCB sourcing list: each BOM line with price, stock, source and time of lookup; unavailable parts marked, substitutes proposed
How it works
You send the files and name the check.
Everything is processed and returned in writing.
You receive the result files.
What you provide
DXF, IFC or BOM files; for sheet metal the material, thickness and press-brake data.
Limits
Flat patterns use a calculated K-factor, so your workshop confirms them before cutting. No strength simulation. DWG must be converted to DXF first. Drawing checks skip dimensions and tolerances. IFC checks cover information, not geometry. PCB lists cover public lookups only, no ordering, and prices and stock are a snapshot.
