Summary

At my core, I’m a builder and a puzzle solver. Over the past ten years, I’ve built and scaled multiple high-performing, psychology-based growth marketing and inside sales functions while serving as a key member of executive leadership teams.
After leaving a venture-backed tech startup in February of 2023 to take my very first sabbatical, I realized that my deeply rooted passion for empowering businesses to grow could grow itself by expanding my reach and building my own consultancy.

STEP ONE: Complimentary growth consultation

STEP TWO: Proposal and recommendations
If you are interested in pursuing a potential working relationship, I will then put together a detailed proposal designed to fit both your budget and your business goals.
STEP THREE: Project kickoff
Every new project begins with a kickoff, aligning your team and myself around the goals that will be accomplished and the collaboration needed (if any) from your team, and we'll schedule ongoing check-ins, coaching, and performance analysis reviews.
STEP FOUR: Project implementation
After the project is up and running, we'll continue to check-in regularly, offering coaching for your team as needed, and discussing any ways we need to pivot or scale the project to reach your goals.
