3D Rendered Concepts
Before the moving on to the final stage of the design process you'll be provided with a professional photorealistic rendering of the finalised concept to confirm you are happy with the final product.

It really depends on how detailed your idea is, being prepared with what you want and a handful of reference images. Also good, responsive communication speeds up the process.
A good reference image highlights a specific point or detail about the design you want the product to have. One or two good reference images can be far more useful than a hundred.
