Summary

Being trained in Industrial Design, I'll be able to collaborate with you to take your ideas and realise them to the stage of a functioning 3D printable prototype. These are skills I have honed during my years of 3D modelling and being a concept artist in the Film and TV industry.

Process

Starting from concepting with references and specifications you provide. Later we'll move onto the iterative design process where, as the design is evolving you'll be able to adjust and adapt various elements as we refine the design realizing as it is being modelled. Once you're happy with the look of the product I'll produce some photorealistic renderings of the product from various angles. Finally I'll move onto prepping your model and getting it to a state where you can get it 3D printed. I will happily provide you with 3D printing support, recommendations on what type of 3D printing would best suit your needs.

How long will this take?
It really depends on how detailed your idea is, being prepared with what you want and a handful of reference images. Also good, responsive communication speeds up the process.
What makes a good reference image?
A good reference image highlights a specific point or detail about the design you want the product to have. One or two good reference images can be far more useful than a hundred.

What's included

By the end of the project you'll have a 3D model file that will be 3D print ready
3D Rendered Concepts
Before the moving on to the final stage of the design process you'll be provided with a professional photorealistic rendering of the finalised concept to confirm you are happy with the final product.
