50-Prospect B2B Intelligence & Prioritization Sprint
Designed for businesses that don't just need names—they need to know which prospects deserve attention first and why.
Give me your ideal customer profile (ICP), and I’ll build a researched, prioritized list of up to 50 B2B companies that fit your target market.
This is not a bulk database export. Each prospect is individually evaluated against your criteria, researched for relevant signals and opportunities, and organized into actionable sales intelligence.
What You Receive
For each prospect, research may include:
• Company name, website, location, and relevant company information • Best-fit decision-maker and title • LinkedIn profile when publicly identifiable • Publicly available business contact information when available • Detailed explanation of why the company fits your ICP • Verified growth, hiring, expansion, service, market, or timing signals when available • Potential business need, gap, or opportunity • Recommended conversation or outreach angle • Supporting source links • Confidence and research notes where appropriate
Prospect Prioritization
Your final list is not simply delivered as 50 names.
Each prospect is organized into one of three practical priority buckets:
• Priority A — Strongest Fit / Pursue First The prospects that appear most closely aligned with your ICP, offer, timing, and available opportunity signals.
• Priority B — Good Fit Strong potential prospects that match your target criteria but may have fewer immediate signals, require additional qualification, or rank behind Priority A opportunities.
• Priority C — Viable but Lower Priority Prospects that still fit the defined market but appear less urgent, less accessible, or less compelling based on the information currently available.
Prioritization is tailored to your business and target market. Criteria may include ICP fit, decision-maker relevance, timing signals, opportunity strength, business alignment, accessibility, and research confidence.
Because every business defines a valuable prospect differently, I do not force every project into a rigid numerical scoring system. The goal is practical prioritization that helps you decide where to focus first.
Deeper Fit & Opportunity Analysis
Compared with the 25-Prospect Sprint, this package includes deeper research into:
• Why each company is relevant to your offer • Current signals that may indicate timing or buying potential • Potential service, operational, strategic, or market gaps • Where your product or service may provide value • Which prospects appear most worthy of immediate attention • The most relevant angle for beginning a conversation
Your final research is reviewed for obvious duplicates and delivered in a clean Google Sheet or CSV suitable for sales outreach, CRM import, qualification, or further research.
Research Standard
Accuracy matters.
I clearly distinguish between verified facts, reasonable inferences, and information that cannot be publicly confirmed.
I do not fabricate decision-makers, contact information, company facts, revenue estimates, buying signals, or research findings.
When information cannot be verified, it is identified accordingly rather than presented as fact.
What I Need From You
Provide your:
• Target industry or customer type • Target geography • Preferred company size, if applicable • Target decision-maker or job title • Important inclusion criteria • Companies or categories to exclude • Product or service • The problem you solve • Any specific signals or characteristics you want prioritized

Includes one reasonable revision based on the original targeting criteria.
This service covers prospect research, prioritization, and intelligence. Outreach execution, email sending, appointment setting, large CRM integrations, ongoing lead generation, and additional paid data-provider costs are not included unless separately agreed.
