In addition to my design and development work, I've been working in customer and client facing roles for 10+ years. With this experience, I have learned how to effectively communicate and achieve high goals for not only my clients, but those they serve as well.

My process starts with outlining my client's goals and aspirations for their perfect site. Whether you have a fully fledged out idea, or you're looking for a designer to take the lead, it's my priority that we're both confident and clear on what the final result should achieve.

Once a plan is finalized, I will plan out 2-3 site map variations, and I will also provide 2-3 potential color schemes. This allows for my clients to stay informed on the process, while also being able to provide feedback along the way.

After the site map and color schemes are decided on, I will build a rough draft of your site. It is at this step that I will provide 2-3 typeface options with different examples of each. You'll be able to get a general idea of how everything will be set up, and you can let me know at this step if the goal we set is being achieved.

Lastly, I work out all of the final details to fully complete your site. Together, we can go over small things that may need tweaking, but the site will be fully functional and ready to deliver.
