  I configure model-driven views and dashboards (or Power BI-ready outputs) so you can track throughput, bottlenecks, SLAs, and workload by owner, stage, and time period.

• Security + Environment Setup

  I configure access properly inside your tenant: security roles, permissions, data loss prevention considerations, and environment setup so the app is safe to use across teams.

• UAT Session + Fixes

  I run a user acceptance testing session with your team, capture issues, and apply fixes so the build matches real-world usage.

• Handover Pack + Training

  You get: a build overview (what’s in Dataverse, what’s in flows, what’s in the app) a short admin guide (how to maintain it) a recorded walkthrough a team training session so adoption sticks
