I get notified the moment you submit your brand discovery form and get working on creating your content, staying in touch with you all along the way.

Together we iterate on any necessary changes, and handover happens when you’re satisfied with your set of complete on-brand deliverables!

What is the client portal?
The client portal is a private, shared workspace using Notion, where we can exchange information, communicate, keep meeting notes, and manage our work together more smoothly.
How quickly do I receive my on-brand deliverables?
Services are typically rendered within 10 business days, excluding significant revisions.
How do we communicate and collaborate on things?
In your client portal you will find all of my communication links. Connect with me in the tools you use! We can use e-mail, Slack, and short videos for staying on the same page. **For those who purchase this package on a monthly recurring basis, you can easily schedule a time to meet with me using my scheduling link in the client portal for our monthly strategy alignment meeting!
How will my posts be made on-brand and for my specific industry?
In order to ensure brand cohesion, my brand discovery form allows you to convey with granularity the topics you would like to see covered in your posts. The form covers essential questions to learn the core of your brand identity, ethos, positioning & industry, goals, and more! There is ample opportunity for you to share what you feel I need to know. This is all taken into account when creating your on-brand deliverables!
How does payment work?
Typically, we will start with a 50% deposit up front, and then the latter 50% will be paid after services are rendered.
Do you do copywriting?
Yes, I do! 💅 Heavy copywriting apart from caption writing is not included in this service, but I can certainly discuss your needs with you and create a custom package.

On-Brand Deliverables 🏁
🏹 IG Graphics 20 on-brand graphics for instagram in your preferred aspect ratio. These are usually a mix of 10 static posts and 10 carousel posts. 🏹 Post captions 20 on-brand post captions, one per post. 🏹Template files (optional add-on at checkout) You can opt to buy the editable Canva files at checkout to get all of the source files with colors, fonts, elements, and layouts for future reuse.
✨On-brand assets✨
4-6 bespoke on-brand assets such as illustrated elements or accents which will be integrated into your posts. You will receive the original source files for these assets for you to make use of in future content creation. I have priced the inclusion of these assets at a 25% discount off of my typical asset creation pricing!
