Newsletter packages: a one-issue editorial trial is $100 USD for one 250–400 word newsletter from your approved brief and sources, a subject line and preview text, two related caption drafts, image suggestions and one consolidated revision round. Two issues are $200; four monthly issues are $400. These packages apply to newsletters; other work is quoted individually. No ongoing billing begins without written agreement.
Designed email builds, platform setup, sending, list management, interviews and research from scratch are quoted separately. Website implementation, social account support and property operations assignments are scoped individually.
My three-year contract as Director of Residential Operations at Flora Farms concluded in June 2026. I previously owned Excellence Community Management, serving more than 33,000 homes. That experience brings practical understanding to owner communications, sales administration, closing coordination and operating procedures.
