I start the project with a brief requirement-gathering session where I take notes from my client and develop a map of the end goal. I then analyze the approach and discuss that with my client as a next step. Once we're clear with the requirements I break down the project into three phases.

Alpha

In this phase, My focus is to develop the frontend of the complete system which is functional with dummy data, and get approval from my client

Beta

In this phase, I start developing the backend to integrate with the approved frontend and deliver the backend at the end of this phase.

UAT

In the user acceptance testing, we close the project if we don't find any hard blockers and start my free support program.
