• Why hire you instead of using an AI builder like Bolt or Lovable?

  AI builders generate "spaghetti code", it looks fine on day 1 but becomes impossible to fix on day 30. They also create huge liability risks regarding data privacy. I provide human-verified architecture and legal accountability. You can't sue an AI if it leaks your data; you need a professional Software Engineer.

• Do I own the source code?

  You receive a Perpetual Non-Exclusive License. This means you can host, use, and modify the app for your business forever. However, my LLC retains the Intellectual Property (IP) of the core "Framework." This prevents theft and keeps your development costs low, as you aren't paying for the R&D of the engine itself.

• Can I white-label this and sell subscriptions to my clients?

  Yes, absolutely. You have a commercial license to white-label the application, brand it as your own, and sell access or subscriptions to your customers (SaaS Model). You keep 100% of that revenue. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, distributing, or sub-licensing the Source Code or Framework itself to other developers or agencies. You are selling the service (the ride), not the engine blueprints (my IP).

• What happens if I want to switch developers later?

  You are free to do so. Your new developer can maintain the application on your server. However, they are legally prohibited from extracting my Framework to use in other projects.

• Can I resell this software to others?

  Strictly No. The license allows you to use the software for your business. Reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing my Proprietary Framework to third parties is a violation of US and International Copyright Law and will result in immediate legal action and license termination.
