Share the workflow you want implemented, including current tools, inputs, outputs, owners, and where the recurring manual work happens. 2. Share sanitized samples of the workflow inputs and desired outputs, plus any existing SOPs, templates, reports, forms, tickets, or screenshots. 3. Mention required integrations, access boundaries, review/approval rules, sensitive-data restrictions, and launch expectations.
