Thank you for considering my brochure design services. I'm delighted to offer you three carefully crafted packages:
Basic Package: High-quality print designs for up to 4 pages, including bi-fold brochures, single-page flyers, and double-sided flyers.
Standard Package: Designs for up to 6 pages, encompassing tri-fold brochures, company profiles, annual reports, proposals, booklets, and interior catalogs.
Premium Package: Designs for up to 20 pages, including exceptional company profiles, brochures, booklets, proposals, interior catalogs, and even magazines.
All designs are delivered in InDesign format, with a Canva or Photoshop option for single-sided flyers. You'll receive print-ready PDFs, Mockups, and premium royalty-free stock photos. A zip file with all fonts used will be provided.
I'm more than willing to accommodate your budget or discuss pricing for projects exceeding 20 pages or below 20 pages. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I'm excited about the possibility of collaborating with you!

Process

1. Discovery & Briefing We begin with a discussion (or a short form) to understand your goals, content, brand guidelines, target audience, and preferred style. This sets the foundation for the design.
2. Content Collection You provide all the necessary content—text, images, charts, brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.). If needed, I can assist with structuring or light editing.
3. Concept & Layout Draft I create an initial layout concept to show the visual direction. You'll get a preview of the design style, layout structure, and typography.
4. Design Development Once the concept is approved, I move forward with designing the full piece—carefully placing content, aligning visuals, and ensuring everything is polished and brand-aligned.
5. Review & Revisions You'll review the draft and request revisions (if needed). I offer smooth, clear revision rounds to refine the design until it’s exactly what you need.
6. Finalization After approval, I prep and deliver all final files in print-ready and web-optimized formats. Editable source files and mockups can also be provided if requested.
7. Delivery & Support You receive a complete deliverables package, and I remain available for minor tweaks, guidance, or additional print/export requests if needed.

  • 1. What formats will I receive the final design in?

    You’ll receive a high-resolution print-ready PDF, a web-optimized PDF, and editable source files (AI, INDD, or PSD—depending on the software used).

  • 2. Can you help with the content or just the design?

    While I focus on design, I can assist with light content editing, content structure, and layout suggestions to improve flow and readability.

  • 3. What’s the typical turnaround time?

    Turnaround time depends on the project’s size and complexity. On average: PG or PNG previews can also be included upon request. Trifold/Bifold: 2–4 business days Company Profile: 4–7 business days Annual Report: 7–10 business days Rush delivery may be available—just ask!

  • 4. How many revisions are included?

    I offer up to 1 rounds of revisions to ensure everything meets your expectations. Additional changes can be discussed if needed.

  • 5. Will my design be print-ready?

    Yes. All final files will be properly formatted for professional printing, with bleed, crop marks, and CMYK color settings if required.

  • 6. Can you design in line with my brand guidelines?

    Absolutely! Just share your brand colors, fonts, logo, and any existing materials, and I’ll make sure the design aligns perfectly.

  • 7. Do you provide mockups for presentation?

    Yes! Upon request, I can include realistic mockups to help you visualize how your brochure or report will look in print.

  • 8. What if I need updates later on?

    No problem! I offer affordable update packages for future edits, additional versions, or content refreshes.
