The technique in which I animate my characters is called cut-out / rigged 2D animation. I use Moho Pro software by LostMarble. Some examples of very good 2D character animations: My Father's Dragon, Song of the Sea, Wolfwalkers, Rick & Morty, Simpsons, Futurama, South Park.
Besides the characters I animate in Moho vector & raster illustrations (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop project files), company logos, backgrounds, wallpapers, posters, Spotify canvases - basically any picture or photo (.jpg, .png). To do this, I create in Moho so-called RIG — I break your Photoshop picture into separate parts (or re-draw them with Moho's vector shapes), then I tie these parts to the control levers ("bones") and carefully adjust interaction of that "bones" with the drawing.
For animating 2D characters I work with pre-made Moho rigs that you provide or I can rig your character design myself for an extra fee.
For text animation, creating motion graphics and compositing my animations with photos or video footages featuring your products or services I use Adobe After Effects, so I can make captivating animated commercial that will let you stand out among your competitors and attract your dream customers.

A video file or a sequence of static frames with parameters that we have previously agreed upon (resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, bit rate, video and audio codec, background transparency/alpha, video container format, etc.). Ready to be used for your purposes, which you have informed me about in advance, for example, for uploading to video hosting (YouTube, Vimeo) or to social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), for sending in messengers (WhatsApp, Snapchat) or for further combining with other video footages and sounds in a video editor.
