Process

1) Discovery & Strategy We start by uncovering your brand’s foundation—mission, audience, positioning, and personality. I analyse your market, competitors, and current assets to identify opportunities.
2) Concept Development From there, I explore creative directions, presenting moodboards, visual territories, and initial logo concepts that align with your strategy and spark the right emotional response.
3) Design & System Build Once a direction is chosen, I develop your logo, typography, colour palette, imagery style, and graphic elements—then translate them into a practical brand system with clear rules and reusable assets.
4) Delivery & Guidelines You receive a complete brand identity kit—production-ready files, usage notes, and a brand guidelines document—so you and your team can apply your identity consistently across all channels.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes—typically 50% upfront (non-refundable) and the remaining 50% upon final delivery. Longer projects can be split into monthly instalments.

  • How will we communicate?

    Your choice—email, Slack, or project management tools for daily updates, plus Zoom/Meet calls for key milestones and presentations.

  • What do you need from me to start?

    Your brand background, target audience info, any existing assets (logo, colours, fonts), and a clear outline of your goals and priorities.

  • How long does the process take?

    Most brand identity projects take 3–6 weeks depending on scope and responsiveness. I’ll give you a timeline before we start.

  • How many revisions are included?

    Each stage (concept, refinement, finalisation) includes three rounds of revisions. Additional rounds can be added if needed.

  • Can you adapt my brand for digital products?

    Absolutely—if you have a website or app, I can create a UI starter kit so your digital touchpoints match the new identity.

  • Do you provide printing or production?

    I don’t print in-house, but I can prepare print-ready files and liaise with your chosen vendor to ensure perfect results.
