Raw Footage All unedited video files used in the project, delivered in their original format (e.g., .MOV, .MP4), for the client's future use. Project Files The editable project files from the video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro .PRPROJ, Final Cut Pro .FCP) for potential future edits. Revisions One or more rounds of revisions based on client feedback to ensure the final video meets expectations. Audio Files Any royalty-free or licensed music, sound effects, or voiceover files used in the video, provided in the appropriate format (e.g., .MP3, .WAV). Thumbnails and Preview Clips A high-quality thumbnail or promotional image for the video and optional short preview clips (for social media or marketing purposes). Closed Captions/Subtitles (if applicable) A subtitle file (.SRT) or embedded captions for the video, if required by the client, to ensure accessibility and wider audience reach. Multiple Resolutions & Aspect Ratios The final video edited and optimized for various platforms, including different resolutions (1080p, 4K) and aspect ratios (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) as needed for social media or web use. Final Approval Confirmation Documentation or confirmation from the client approving the final version of the video before delivery and use. These deliverables ensure the client has all the necessary files to use the video across different platforms, including social media, websites, and for future revisions if necessary.
