Discovery call,analyzing requirments,conduct ux research identiy pain points and needs of users through compeitor analysis,surveys,interviews.Define Functionality & user flows for locked problem because i follow double diamond process in which we had to choose & find one problem & craft user experience focusing on that problem mainly but keep in mind other needs & goals.Ideate & brainstorm solutions.After changes and iterating based on client & user feedback what works best i moved to ui design to create an interactive prototype design entirely from scracth & fully custom
