For Book Cover Designers (B2B Service)

ARBook: The ultimate presentation tool to secure high-ticket client approvals.

Instead of emailing an outdated 2d mockaup or a flat PDF, send your client a private, frictionless link to view your cover design in interactive 3D and Augmented Reality. Designed to protect your margins and close approvals faster by eliminating client guesswork. Your clients can instantly project the book onto their own physical desk—rotating, scaling, and inspecting your design from any angle with zero friction.

How it Works:
Submit Materials: We'll send you a private link. Provide the full cover spread (PDF format only) upon booking. (Please review the Technical Requirements below). This link acts as an anchor to the service.
Rapid Prototyping: From 24 to 48 hours (locked, Monday-Friday, but can be less), you will receive your private ARBook Design Link to share with your clients for organic, high-impact feedback. Revisions are processed sequentially during standard CET business hours (Monday-Friday)
Iteration Pipeline: If the client requests design changes, simply send the revised PDF and we will update the ARBook. (Up to 3 revisions included).
Project Handoff: Once the client approves the design, the link will deactivate, or remain active at your request for the remainder of the 30-day window for your internal portfolio or promotional use.
Service Specifications:
Deliverable: 1 Private WebAR Link hosting your Augmented Reality Book.
Lifespan: Strictly valid for 30 days (auto-expires after the presentation window). If you require extended server hosting, please request a tailored B2B scope.
Revisions: Up to 3 cover/texture updates included within the 30-day window. (Strictly limited to iterating on the contracted book title).
Features: High-fidelity LookDev rendering, real-time lighting, and true-to-scale physical dimensions. (Note: E-commerce routing and CTA buttons are disabled in this tier).
Asset Protection: The ARBook prototype features a discrete "Work in Progress" disclaimer (hidden on the back) to protect your unapproved designs.
Technical Requirements: To ensure flawless LookDev execution, your deliverables must meet the following technical specifications:
Format: PDF exclusively (300 dpi). Must be exported directly from InDesign, Illustrator, or your native design software. JPGs or rasterized flats are not accepted. We need the maximum fidelity to pass it on the book.
Layout: The file should be a complete mechanical spread (Front Cover, Spine, and Back Cover in a single continuous layout). You can send separate parts, but it is not advisable due to possible size/res mismatches.
Print Settings: The PDF must include crop marks and bleed. Unlike automated mockup generators, every ARBook is meticulously hand-crafted. These marks are necessary for us to align the spine, folds, and bleeds, recreating the cover exactly as you designed it.
Special Finishes: If your design features metallic foils, spot UV, or embossing, you must provide the corresponding black-and-white mask layers. (Note: Certain highly iridescent or anisotropic physical inks have limitations in current WebAR technology). A note explaining the designed look will be needed.
Highly Recommended: Include a dummy or a final barcode placeholder. This small detail acts as a powerful anchor for physical realism during client presentations. The customer needs to see the book as real as possible, and this is a very important reality check
Scope Limits & Custom Projects:
Single Title Policy: This service tier is strictly for a single book title. Submitting a completely different title or author during the revision phase falls outside the scope and requires a separate booking.
Custom Scopes, Packaging, Trilogies, etc: For multi-book series, trilogies, box sets, or special packaging, please contact me directly for a tailored B2B proposal and quote.
