This process focuses on in-depth research and strategic thinking to ensure your brand identity not only looks great but resonates with your target audience and market positioning.
Process
Brand & Market Research We’ll kick things off with an in-depth discovery session, where I’ll get to know your brand’s goals, competitors, and market dynamics. I’ll conduct a market positioning and competitor analysis to find gaps and opportunities for your brand to stand out.
Target Audience Profiling I’ll conduct audience research, digging into consumer trends, demographics, and preferences within your target market. This will guide our design decisions and ensure your brand resonates with your customers’ needs and desires.
Design Phase Armed with research, I’ll create a mood board that sets the visual tone for your brand. Then, I’ll design 3 unique logo concepts aligned with your market positioning and audience insights. We’ll also develop a color palette and typography suite that speaks to your brand’s values and audience’s preferences.
Feedback & Revisions You’ll provide feedback on the logo concepts, and I’ll make revisions to refine the identity further. Once the logo is finalized, we’ll lock in the color palette, typography, and design strategy.
Brand Guidelines & Strategic Application You’ll receive a detailed style guide, including not just the standard logo usage and design elements but also strategic advice on how to roll out your brand across different platforms. This ensures that your brand maintains its consistency as you grow.
Delivery & Launch Support I’ll provide all the necessary files (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS, etc.) and offer guidance on how to implement your new brand identity in your marketing efforts, from social media to print. Additionally, I’ll be available for support post-launch to help with any adjustments or future design needs.

Brand Strategy Overview
A summary of the market research, target audience profiling, and competitor analysis. This document will include recommendations on how the brand can position itself for growth and differentiation.
Mood Board & Creative Direction
A visual board showcasing the inspiration, style, colors, and textures that represent your brand’s creative direction. This will serve as a reference point for the overall brand look and feel.
Primary Logo & Logo Variations
Primary Logo: Your main brand logo in full resolution, suitable for all platforms. Alternative Logo Versions: Stacked/secondary logo, initials, and icon versions for use across different formats (social media, smaller print, etc.)
Curated Color Palette
A set of carefully chosen colors for your brand, with hex codes, CMYK, and RGB values. This palette will reflect your brand’s tone and appeal to your target market.
Typography Suite
A selection of fonts for headings, subheadings, body text, and calls-to-action. The typography suite will include guidelines on proper usage and pairing for a consistent brand presentation.
Brand Guidelines Document
A detailed PDF outlining all elements of your brand identity. This document will cover: Logo usage (including spacing, placement, and do’s & don’ts). Color palette breakdown with instructions on application. Typography guidelines, including size hierarchy and examples of correct usage. Recommendations on how to maintain visual consistency across different media.
Social Media & Marketing Asset (Optional)
One custom-designed asset of your choice, such as Instagram templates, a business card design, or a banner, adapted to your new branding.
All Logo and Design Files
File Types: You’ll receive your logo and design assets in multiple formats (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS, JPG) to ensure they’re ready for print, web, and other media. A Google Drive link will be provided with full access to all design files for easy use and sharing with printers, web designers, etc.
Launch Support & Consultation (Optional)
I’ll be available for a post-launch consultation, offering guidance on how to roll out your new brand identity across your digital platforms, marketing materials, and beyond.
