  Instagram is very sensitive these days, so eventually, over time, there is a small percent of chance that you might be asked to confirm your phone number or receive a temporary block. The best way is to completely stay away from any following, liking, or unfollowing. Then we won't have any issues.

  Instagram limits accounts with sensitive niches or content. They look at how often you post, so if you have not been posting for a few months, then there is a risk as well. Try to post minimum once a week during the promotion, and make sure your Email and Phone number are confirmed in the settings.

• Can I use my Instagram during the promotion as usual?

  Yes, of course! I highly recommend continuing posting (posts, reels, stories, live) and interacting with people through direct messages. But it's very important to stay away from following and unfollowing people.
