User Journey that shows your target users' journey, how they go about their day trying to solve the problem your product is trying to solve and how your product can make it easier and faster. 3. Storyboards that show how the ideated solution/product will help your target user achieve their goals and solve their pain points/problems. These Deliverables give you more insight into how the product will directly affect the user whether positive or negative. These can also be used to pitch the product and its solution to investors and stakeholders.
