Summary
I transform your audio and video recordings into clean, polished transcripts. Unlike some services, I focus on capturing every word accurately, with timestamps for clarity. And, for maximum flexibility, I can even remove filler words or include speaker identification within the transcript itself.
Process
Send me your audio file: Upload your audio file (MP3, WAV, etc.) to a secure file-sharing service like Google Drive or Dropbox. Share the access link with me.
Discuss details and pricing: Let me know the length of your audio, any specific requirements (timestamps, speaker identification), and your preferred turnaround time. I'll then provide a quote for the transcription service.
Agree on payment: We can discuss secure payment options outside of Contra. Popular choices include PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer.
Transcription and delivery: Once payment is confirmed, I'll transcribe your audio according to the agreed-upon details. Upon completion, I'll deliver the final transcript in a user-friendly format like Microsoft Word (.docx) to your email address.
Revisions (optional): If needed, you'll have a chance to request minor revisions within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).
Payment can be made after the process to ensure that you are happy with the outcome and satisfied with the project.

Transcript
This project will deliver a verbatim transcript of the provided audio or video recording. The transcript will include: All spoken words from the recording, including timestamps for speaker identification (if applicable). Proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Removal of filler words (e.g., "um," "uh") upon request. File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or a similar editable text format. Delivery Method: The transcript will be delivered via email and/or file transfer service which is most applicable to buyer.
