Summary

As SaaS products are larger, I start with the BA phase, where we are focusing more on Information Architecture, CJM, UX patterns, and Branding. Next, I'm starting to transform the CJM and IA to a low-fidelity wireframe, and getting the outcome as a Wire-flow. The next step is UI. Here we focus on how the product will look. After finishing this, we are going to prepare the list of components, guidelines, and assets, and finally, I deliver a Figma file, with all the necessary documentation and assets included. * Deliverables may vary depending on the scope of the project, but the above-listed items are the most common deliverables for SaaS product design services.
