The process begins with a deep-dive workshop where we learn everything about your business: where you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go. This process uncovers the unique value you provide your customers and your greatest opportunities for creating a successful and memorable brand. We then use the insights from the workshop to prepare a roadmap outlining our recommended plan for creating an online presence that truly represents your brand.

After we deliver the roadmap, you can choose to implement the insights on your own or hire us to take care of it for you. Note that the cost of the workshop is applied to the full project if you decide to move forward with us.

The result is a documented roadmap that will identify the following:

Current situation, underlying challenges, and solutions to keep you looking sharp across the digital landscape

Clear, defined objectives that will act as a north star for creating a digital presence that you are proud of and best represents your brand
