Summary

This is your foundational investment in building a solid, scalable brand, and it’s also just a lot of fun to work through together! We'll walk through an initial brand discovery and alignment process, then we'll reconnect a few times for rounds of review on the work I'm doing before I deliver final files.

Process

Initial brand discovery session together, including: - card sorting so we can start with a much more focused vibe - looking at comparative brands together
I present 3 single-slide directional mood boards, each showing inspirational: - logos - color palettes - fonts - illustration or visual style
I present a single revised mood board of the preferred direction, based on our discussion and your feedback
First round of deliverables presented in context (with loose mockups, usually of a landing page and 1-2 general print assets)
1-2 rounds of revisions
I deliver full custom brand kit, including working files

  • What if I want more (or less) to be included in the brand kit?

    Everything is scalable—I'm happy to work with you to add additional à la carte deliverables or to scope out a smaller project.

  • What do you mean by font "selection"? Am I getting a custom font?

    While a lot of tools today make font selection and use for your website (or other assets) much more accessible, it can be overwhelming for many to know or decide what to do with those fonts. I can pair an existing header (more decorative) font with a body (cleaner for long sections of text) font for you and provide custom guidelines for how to style them for different applications, so your brand's type treatment can stay consistent and always maintain good visual hierarchy.

    Full logotype and/or logomark, delivered both in vector and bitmap file formats

    Core brand palette of around 6 colors, delivered as .ase files and as numeric values (HEX, RGB, and CMYK) for consistency across brand assets

  • Core Brand Font(s) Selection (curation/guidelines)

    Core font selection compatible across all materials and assets, with custom guidelines for use cases and styling
