It includes duplicate handling, an exception queue, processing logs, source code, editable configuration and setup instructions.
We define acceptance checks using your authorized, anonymized examples before implementation. Mailbox compatibility and access must be confirmed first. Proposed delivery: five working days after scope, access and samples are ready, subject to availability confirmed at booking.
The available work sample demonstrates the processing core using eight synthetic EML files and deterministic rules. It has 15 passing tests and sends no email. Live mailbox integration remains part of the proposed project.
Development uses AI assistance. This service prepares drafts for human review. Automatic sending, OCR, hosting and paid API usage require separate scope.
