User personas: Based on user research, I will create a concrete representation of the user to better understand their needs, goals and motivations.
Empathy map: In addition to the personas, I will deepen my user analysis with the empathy map.
User flows: I will create diagrams that show the steps a user takes to complete a specific task on a website or app.
Wireframes: I will create low-fidelity and high fidelity wireframes to help you visualize the user experience and make design decisions.
Prototypes: Finally, I will create the functional prototype of a website or an application on Figma and test it on users. Then I will do iterations.
