We always start with a kick off call to determine the scope of the project. This is then followed by a store audit and assessment for our team to get a sense on whats been built and how your site is setup. If it's a new rebuild, we'd be building the site on our own developer store away from your shop so as to not disrupt your traffic and only when it's approved do we launch.
