Research and Planning: Conduct thorough research on the topic or industry. Create an outline or plan to structure the content effectively, ensuring it aligns with the client’s objectives.

Drafting: Write the initial draft based on the outline and research. Focus on capturing the client’s voice and meeting the project requirements.

Client Review: Submit the draft to the client for feedback. Address any revisions or changes they request to ensure the content meets their expectations.

Revisions: Edit and revise the draft as per the client’s feedback. Ensure the final content is polished, coherent, and free of errors.

Final Delivery: Provide the completed content in the agreed-upon format (e.g., Word document, PDF) by the specified deadline.

Follow-Up: Check in with the client to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs. Request feedback for continuous improvement and potential future projects.

Invoice and Payment: Send an invoice for the completed work and follow up on payment as per the agreed terms.
