Agile Project Management
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure efficient team collaboration and project progress.
- Write detailed epics, features, user stories, manage the product backlog, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
User Experience (UX) Design Supervision
- Oversee the UX design process to ensure a user-centric approach in product development.
- Conduct UX workshops, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and customer satisfaction.
Delivery Phase
Final Product Validation & Launch 🚀: Oversee the final validation process, coordinate the product launch, and ensure a smooth rollout and transition to users.
