It is app portfolio for the safety of family, especially for parents. they can fertilize their life checking each other's location and current state. I have researched the birth rate and the reason of lowest birth rate of south Korea, and came up into the solution searching and testing various kind of things. I'm working as a UX/UI Designer not only for visual design, but Researcher and Data analyst.

Project Name: Waiker AI Solution Responsibilities: Analyzed the core values of the existing service model and derived improvement suggestions. Conducted analysis of customer motivations and needs throughout the entire process from Approach to Exit. Developed efficient strategies while maintaining neutrality of work resources and usability. Collaborated with stakeholders (developers, planners, designers) to finalize the strategy based on the derived strategy and ideation materials. Created prototypes based on the strategy, tested them, and completed the final GUI design. Conducted exception handling after testing the final deliverables and delivered them to the client (Chosun Ilbo). Achievements: Reduced project duration by more than half through quick understanding and suggestion generation (from 30 days to 14 days). Achieved the largest performance in company services with a total of 670,000 views (as of December 2021).

Analyzed and organized pain points in daily life, established the [Core Target], and defined the [Value/Information] to be delivered. Reviewed core and specialized features of similar industry services and emphasized benchmarking. Conducted desk and field research to derive persona analysis and user journey maps, and identified customer motivations and needs. Developed information architecture and storyboard based on insights to communicate with stakeholders (developers). Collaborated with developers to determine feasible features and scope of implementation. Designed prototypes and system structure within available resources, incorporating design concepts. Conducted tests of the final deliverables with GUI design, iterating through research and feedback processes. Achievements: Surpassed 10,000 installations within one year (June 2020 to June 2021) on the Google Play Store. Participated in multiple investment proposals and competitions, winning awards.
